Trains at London City Airport
Docklands Light Railway Station is about 50 yards (under cover) from the terminal building at London City Airport. The light railway will connect you with Pontoon Dock - West Silvertown - Canning Town (change here for services all over London).
Trains leave the airport Mon-Sat and bank holidays every 4-12 mins from 05.20-01.08. Sundays every 4-12 mins 06.52-00.08.
Transfer times are as follows: Canning Town 6 mins, Bank Station 22 mins, Canary Wharf 14 mins, Stratford 22 mins, Beckton 23 mins & Lewisham 33 mins.
Ticket prices vary depending on how far you travel, but are never more than £6 for the whole of London. In contrast to the other London Airports, no premium is charged to take the train to the airport

Train Connections to other London airports
Travelling to and from London City Airport to Stansted Airport:
From the City Airport take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank which is on the Central Line. From here you travel to Liverpool Street Station where there is a direct train to Stansted Airport, called Stansted Express. For further information check www.stanstedexpress.com
Travelling to and from London City Airport to Gatwick:
From the City Airport take the Docklands Light Railway to Canning Town underground. From Canning Town take the Jubilee Line to London Bridge. AT London Bridge you can connect to the Thameslink service which will take you direct to Gatwick Airport. For further information check www.thameslink.co.uk
Travelling to and from London City Airport to Heathrow:
From the City Airport take the Docklands Light Railway to Bank and join the Central Line on the underground to Liverpool Street Station. From here you can take the Circle or Hammersmith and City line to Paddington railway station. There is a direct train from here to Heathrow Airport called the Heathrow Express.
