Business Lounges at Liverpool Airport
The Halewood International Executive Lounge is in the departures lounge at Liverpool Airport.
The Halewood 200m² lounge gives passengers the opportunity to enjoy high quality surroundings and business facilities, irrespective of the airline they are travelling, their class of travel or their destination.
Open daily from 04:30-20:00, it provides seating for 50 passengers and offers a range of exclusive services including:
- Comfortable seating
- Bar offering complimentary beers, wines and spirits, beverages, soft drinks and snacks
- Newspapers and magazines
- Television and flight information screens
- Wi-Fi, internet access, telephone and fax.
A wheelchair lift makes the Halewood Lounge fully accessible to travellers with reduced mobility.
Well-behaved children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
It is only available by pre-booking the Halewood Executive Lounge.
Disabled Facilities at Liverpool Airport
The terminal building is well equipped for people who are travelling with a disability. Toilets are wheelchair friendly. There are low level telephones and lifts available to all floors.
If you need to hire a wheelchair for when you arrive at the airport, confirm this when you are booking your flight/holiday. Also if you need to use the Ambulift which will lift you onto the aircraft, again confirm this when you book your flight/holiday and confirm it again when you check in.
There are disabled parking bays in the short stay car park which is adjacent to the Terminal Building.
Left Luggage at Liverpool Airport
Left luggage facilities are available at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the Terminal Building. It is open daily from 05.30-20.00.
Charges per item: up to 6 hours £3.00: 6-12 hours £4.00: 12-24 hours £6.00 and left items and keys for collection are charged at £4.00
Internet Facilities at Liverpool Airport
Internet facilities are available in the Executive Lounge which is situated in the Departures Lounge. The Cloud offer Wi Fi throughout the airport for those with compatible wireless laptops. They can connect you through a range of service providers including O2, BT Openzone, iPass, and Orange.

Pay as you go internet kiosks are available throughout the terminal building at Level 3 opposite Wetherspoons pub and in the main Departures Lounge opposite WHSmith and the Starbucks Coffee Company.

There are two rooms available on Levels 2 and 3. These are for administering medication only. If you need to use one of these rooms contact one of the Information Desks.

Prayer Room at Liverpool Airport
The 24 hour Prayer Room at Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a Multi Faith Sacred Space
There is a prayer tree in one corner and if you would like Prayer for yourself, a friend or a situation then you can to write a few words on one of the cards and the Airport Chaplain will pray for you.
The Airport Chaplain is Nicky Lees and her office is on level 3. Although she is often out in the terminal building, she can - be contacted at any time via the Information Desk.
