Glasgow International Airport Passenger Services Information
The airport information point is on the first floor next to the UK and Ireland departures area. There are terminal maps and phones which can be used to contact a member of staff for further help.
The terminal buildings are a strictly no smoking area. There is a desígnated smoking area outside at the entrance to domestic arrivals .Individuals who smoke elsewhere are liable to a fixed penalty fine of £50.
Children's Facilities at Glasgow International Airport
There are three baby change rooms at Glasgow Airport::
- After security on the first floor by Starbucks
- After security in international departures beside Drum and Monkey and Bargo
- In the international baggage reclaim hall (for arriving passengers).
Most toilets throughout the terminal, including those in T2 check-in, have wall-mounted baby changing units.
International passengers will find a soft play area for young children after security on the international pier, near Gates 27A and 27B. It is unsupervised and suitable for ages two to six years.
Puzzle tables, Lego play equipment and Fingabox interactive screens can be found next to seating areas at several locations around the terminal.
The Skylounge Holiday Wing welcomes children of all ages. Children's entertainment on offer includes toys, games consoles, DVDs and digital TV. It also offer complimentary drinks, snacks, newspapers and internet access.
Disabled Facilities at Glasgow International Airport
Within the airport there are up to date facilities to make travelling for those with especial needs comfortable and hassle free.
There are two seating areas with space for wheelchair users and a help phone, low level information screens, induction and mini loops.

Internet Facilities at Glasgow International Airport
Internet desks with broadband-connected PCs are available in all areas of the terminal, before and after security. This service is operated by Spectrum Interactive Ltd. Payment can be made online by credit card, by voucher, or by coin (UK pound or euro).
You will also find telephone-style internet kiosks and Wireless hotspots which you can connect to if you have a wireless compatible (Wi-fi 802.11b) device. Most modern laptops have this function built in and many others can be upgraded with a wireless networking card (which you can purchase at the airport).

VIP/Executive Lounge at Glasgow International Airport
The Skylounge at Glasgow international Airport offers the Holiday Wing or the Business Wing.
The Holiday Wing offers entertainment for all ages, with toys, games consoles, DVDs and digital TV.
The Business Wing offers everything the business traveller requires.
Both lounges offer complimentary tea, coffee and soft and alcoholic drinks: snacks (biscuits and cheese, crisps): newspapers & magazines (plus business journals in the Business Wing) and Internet access.
The Holiday Wing and Business Wing are in the departures area and open to all passengers in possession of a valid boarding card. Entry must be within three hours of flight departure time.
Entry fees: Adult (16 years +): £17.50: Child (two - 15 years): £7: Children under two free.
NB: Some business class travellers may be entitled to free entry – please check with your airline. Children under 12 are not permitted to use the Business Wing.

Glasgow Airport Business Centre is adjacent to the terminal building at Glasgow International Airport.
It has has conference and venue rooms for hire which provide the ideal environment for hosting meetings, training sessions, interviews and presentations. There is no dedicated First Aid Room at the airport, if you require assistance contact the Information Desk or a member of staff.
Money Changing Facilities at Glasgow International Airport
In the International Departures Lounge there is Dixon's Tax Free and American Express. In the public concourse there is Travelex, American Express Bureau de Change.
Cash machines ATMs are available both before and after security control.
They will accept all valid UK bank and building society cards (Link affiliated) without surcharge, and will accept major credit cards.
Worship at Glasgow International Airport
The airport prayer room is on the ground floor of the international arrivals area. It provides a quiet, restful place for passengers of all faiths and denominations.
The Rev Alistair Goss, airport chaplain , is available to all who use the airport. He conducts services at various times which are announced over the public address system.
