As you enter the airport terminal, turn immediately right and the Information Desk is on your right hand side.
There are plenty of toilets in the terminal building which are wheelchair friendly and have baby changing facilities.

International Currency Exchange (ICE) has a unit located opposite check-in.

Drivers with reduced mobility can use designated parking spaces in the short stay car park opposite the terminal building. Help is available for passengers who require assistance from vehicle to terminal. Just press the call button at the entrance barrier and a member of staff will attend your vehicle.
When parking in the designated parking spaces, drivers should ensure that their vehicles display a sticker on their windscreen to identify them as drivers with special needs.
The airport terminal building is on one level with excellent access. Disabled toilets and low-level payphones are situated in all areas of the terminal building. Induction Loops are available

The executive lounge in the departures area offers:

There isn´t a dedicated first aid room. If you require assistance contact the Information Desk.
Dogs are allowed in the terminal building. If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport.
A service operates from the airport in Building number 300 based in the World Freight Terminal. This is the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) and is run by Pets On Jets.
If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.
