Belfast International Airport Passenger Services Information
The Airport Information Desk is just before the central search security area on the first floor. Opening hours are 07.00-23:00.
Lost or found property can be collected or deposited at the Information Desk and keys can be deposited there for a charge of £5.00.
A tourist information desk is located in arrivals for both domestic and international visitors. Inbound passengers can obtain information on visitor attractions, accommodation, events and transport throughout Belfast and the whole of Northern Ireland. Opening hours are 07.30-19:00 Monday to Saturday and 08.00-17:00 on Sunday. Out of hours there is a 24 hour information point and customers can browse and select from the wide range of literature on offer.
Baby change facilities can be found in the main arrivals hall located on the ground floor, in the domestic departure lounge at gates 10-14 and in the international departure lounge, in addition there is one located adjacent to the main food village area.
Disabled Facilities at Birmingham Airport
Lifts are available in the airport building. Wheelchair accessible toilets have been installed throughout the terminal and all of these toilets have emergency pull cords.
An Ambulift is available to provide access to and from the aircraft for passengers with reduced mobility; please inform the airline if you wish to use this facility.
All toilets have disabled facilities. If you do require help then there are 24 hour helplines throughout the airport. Look for the yellow signs.
low level kerbs at the front of the terminal building for easy drop off and pick up and a ange of low level public telephones are situated throughout the terminal.
The Assistance desk is situtated at the left hand side of the Check-in hall.
Business Lounge at Belfast International Airport
The Business Lounge is situated in the Departures Lounge (after security) just past the tax free shopping, located centrally to domestic and international boarding gates.
Anyone can use the lounge, and it does not matter which airline you are travelling with or whether you are flying economy, business or first class.
The Lounge offers comfortable surroundings, business facilities, including, internet access, photocopying and fax. Complimentary hot, cold and alcoholic drinks are available along with snack from the Café Paul Rankin.
Admission to the lounge is accepted two hours before the scheduled time of departure and not before. Last admission to the Business Lounge will be 30 minutes prior to closure.
Only children over 12 are allowed into the Lounge and this is at the discretion of the Supervisor. Note that at busy times there may be no admittance at all for children.
The Lounge is open from Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 22:00 and Sundays 07:00 to 15:00 and the charge for using it is £15.00 per person per visit. Children over 12: £8.00.
Belfast International Airport operates a 'silent' lounge policy with no flight announcements being made. It is therefore the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they are at their boarding gate on time.
Money Changing Facilities at Birmingham Airport
The Change Group offers currency services with two foreign exchange bureaux at Belfast International Airport_ one prior to the central search security area and the other located in international arrivals.

Internet Facilities at Birmingham Airport
Mobile broadband is available at Belfast International Airport through the BT Openzone service. This provides passengers with the flexibility of mobile working without plugging in to any phone lines.
Users with a laptop and a Wireless LAN access card can access data at speeds of almost ten times faster than a standard 56k modem, enabling them to receive and send large volumes of data at broadband speed.
The entire airport is now a BT Openzone area so passengers can access the technology from any seating area within the terminal building.
Boutye provides pay as you go internet access points located in the main departure lounge area.
Medical Facilities at Birmingham Airport
There is no first aid room at the airport. If you require assistance contact the Information Desk on the first floor.
Pets travelling from Belfast International Airport
If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.
A service operates from the airport in Building number 300 based in the World Freight Terminal. This is the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) and is run by Pets On Jets.
