Aberdeen Airport Passenger Services Information
Smoking is banned in all the terminal buildings at Aberdeen Airport, as well as the area outside the main entrance.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the terminal and if you smoke elsewhere you are liable to a fixed penalty fine of £50.
Bags and other items may be stored at the left baggage desk which is located in the check-in area. The service costs £3.00 per item per day and the office is open from 03.45 until the last flight lands. All deposited items will be subject to a security search.
If you lose anything in the terminal building, please enquire at the left baggage/lost property desk in the check-in area. If you have already left the airport telephone +44 1224 725 767.
A charge of £5 per item is made for lost property.

Children's Facilities at Aberdeen Airport
Aberdeen Airport has babycare units before security, near the airport information point: after security, alongside the disabled toilets in the inernational departure lounge and alongside the ladies' toilets in UK and Ireland departures.
There is an unsupervised children's soft play area after security close to gate 1 in the departure lounge.
Disabled Facilities at Aberdeen Airport
Access to the Aberdeen Airport is via revolving doors, which can be slowed by pressing a button. All public facilities are on the ground floor and are wheelchair friendly.
Induction loops have been installed in the terminal and can be found wherever you see "sympathetic ear" signs.
The designated help points at Aberdeen Airport are located in the short stay car parks and in the drop off forecourt area. Reserved seating is provided beside the forecourt telephones while you wait for assistance from G4S.
A help desk for all passengers requiring assistance is located inside the main terminal building opposite WH Smith. It provides reserved seating, space for wheelchair users and low level flight information screens.
Internet Facilities at Aberdeen Airport
Internet desks with broadband-connected PCs are available in the terminal building at Aberdeen Airport, after security (near Gate 5 and also Gate 10). This service is operated by Spectrum Interactive Ltd.
Payment can be made online by credit card, voucher or coin (UK pound or euro).
Money Changing Facilities atAberdeen Airport
Cash dispensers (ATMs) are available before and after security control. The cash machines at Aberdeen Airport will accept most UK bank and building society cards (Link-affiliated cards). They also accept major credit cards (although charges may apply).
There are two cash machines (ATMs) which dispense US dollars and euros – one before security near the Travelex Bureau (close to the main entrance) and the other after security at Gate 3.
VIP & Business Lounges at Aberdeen Airport
There are three airport lounges at Aberdeen Airport:
Servisair Executive Lounge offers complimentary drinks, snacks, newspapers and magazines.There is a credit card phone and fax, plus wi-fi internet access, television and a selection of newspapers and magazines.
This lounge is on the first floor, after security control, and is available for departing passengers only.
British Airways Executive Club members, or BA passengers with fully flexible tickets for travel in the UK, can use the British Airways Terraces Lounge at Aberdeen which has a well-equipped combined business and communications centre.
Eastern Airways passengers have access to the Eastern Airways Lounge, which offers complimentary refreshments and a comfortable space in which to wait for your flight. Located on the northern walkway, near Gate 10.
