Norwich International Airport is 5.2 km north of Norwich on the edge of the city's suburbs.
The airport is currently undergoing a five-year, £18m investment package to establish the location as the most important transport hub in the East of England. This includes a series of improvements to air traffic control, better passenger facilities aiming to provide more space for travellers, improved turnaround times and aircraft reliability and increase the number of locations flown to direct from Norwich. In order to pay for this investment an airport development fee of £5 is being levied on all adults and a £1 for children from 2-15 years of age flying from the airport.

Both short and long stay car parking is available at the airport. The car parks are operated by NCP Car Parks. Both car parks are situated close to the terminal building. Pre booking is often less expensive than just turning up and paying on the day, unless of course you are short stay and are just picking someone up from arrivals. Norwich Airport Lost Luggage & Left Luggage Storage
If you have lost or left property on the aircraft then you should contact the airline you have travelled with. Any property lost within the terminal building, then you need to contact the Airport Information Desk who will be able to help. you.
For luggage lost during transit i.e. in between checking in and arrivals you must contact the airline you have travelled with. You will have a ticket stub attached to your passport, the number on this relates to your baggage. If you are in arrivals baggage reclaim, do not leave this area until you have made contacted with someone.
There isn't a left luggage facility at the airport. Contact the Information Desk if this is an urgent matter.
