Newquay Airport Information
Since 2005 the airport has been operating a fee for all departing passengers. This is £5 and is called the airport development fee (ADF) and is used to help pay for the costs of further developing the airport's facilities and services.
Toilets are available in both the check in area and departures lounge. They are equipped for baby changing.
Disabled Facilities at Newquay Airport
The terminal building is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Facilities include:
- Dedicated call points at the passenger drop off area and car parks
- Use of wheelchairs throughout terminal building
- Specially designated toilets in the check-in hall, departure lounge and arrivals hall
- A special assistance waiting area in the departure lounge
- Induction loop system
- Fast-track for wheelchair and special assistance passengers at check-in and security
- Ambulift for boarding/disembarking aircraft
VIP & Business Lounge at Newquay Airport
An Executive Lounge for business passengers using Newquay Cornwall Airport opened in July 2009.
The lounge is currently available to Air Southwest Business Plus and Flybe Economy Plus. Please contact the airline to find out how you can access the facilities.
It provides comfortable seating with state-of-the-art work stations, broadband access, Wi-Fi and a television. The lounge also offers hot and cold drinks and light refreshments.

There is a cash dispenser in the departures lounge once you are through security.
Internet Facilities at Newquay Airport
There are internet facilities in both cafe areas, before security in the check in area and after security in the departures lounge.
Medical Facilities at Newquay Airport
There is no first aid room. If you require assistance contact the Information Desk or a member of the airport staff.
Pets Travelling from Newquay Airport
Check with your airline that it is possible for your pet to fly from the airport.
Also, check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.
